We carefully check both parties for their suitability. We only work with proven companies and only place qualified and motivated craftsmen from the EU, who are carefully checked by us.

If both parties are convinced, they can arrange a non-binding trial work. We take care of all the costs.

Our platform allows craftsmen and companies to view the profiles of qualified employees and employers craftsmen from all over the EU and filter them optimally according to their criteria.
Our Team
Craftsmen Beyond Borders was born out of the dream of two students who had the goal of finding a long-term, modern solution to the skills shortage in the skilled trades.
In the meantime, we are a team of eight employees consisting of students from different universities, disciplines and nationalities, who are motivated to make a difference.
